Dr. Eugene E. Sparlin Dr. Sparlin received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1952 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1954 he successfully wrote the Georgia State Board examinations. He established his practice in Southwestern Atlanta during that same year.

The patients of Sparlin Health Care are from the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding states. The patient base includes professional athletes, political leaders, entertainers and other celebrities.
Dr. Sparlin was honored in 2002 by being invited into the International College of Chiropractic as a fellow member for rendering valiant service in the advancement of the profession. Dr. Sparlin served as a trustee of Logan College for nine years and as chairperson of the trustee for seven of the years through 2002. Dr. Sparlin served as past president of the Georgia Chiropractic Association. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association. He served on the State of Georgia Board of Examiners for 12 years. Dr. Sparlin is presently serving as chairperson of the International Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table.
Dr. Sparlin has been married to his wife, Virginia, since 1950 and they are the proud parents of a son, a daughter, and two grandchildren. Their son is Dr. Samuel Jay Sparlin and their daughter is Mrs. Ann Marie Skinner. Their grandson is Zachary and their granddaughter is Emily Louise.
Dr. Sparlin is a member of Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church.
